Flat Rate
The price of your session(s) includes Connor Daniel as your producer, engineer, mixer and/or session musician, plus the use of any musical gear available at the studio.
The price of any flat rate production with mixing (depending on agreement reached) generally includes: a completed mix, an instrumental and stems for live. Additional bounces are billed at $50/bounce (acapella, tv versions etc). Stem revisions are $50/revision.
Every production/song is subject to backend “points”
A 50%, non-refundable, deposit is required to begin sessions.
To keep things moving at a steady pace, all productions are turned around within a 30-day time period. This is subject to change based on further discussion/agreement, but otherwise the full amount of the production will be due at the end of the 30 days, whether the song is complete/going to be released or not.
Turnaround time for songs to be completed are generally 12-16 hours (sometimes less!). If there are considerable notes/changes during the production process causing the process to take longer than usual, operation will pause pending a new rate agreement to compensate for the additional time. This is to keep prices and allotted time fair for all clients/artists.
You are responsible for any damage to studio property by you or your party.
Songwriting splits of any material co-written during the session by Connor will be agreed upon and finalized prior to the final mixes being released to you and/or the recorded/mastered material being distributed in any public capacity.
There will be a total of 3 revisions or “rounds” of notes for flat rate mixes unless otherwise agreed upon. Each revision can consist of up to 5 notes per export OR any combination of 15 total notes within the scope of 3 exports of the song. Further notes/exports will be billed at the hourly standard rate.
First round of stems are included in every flat rate production free of charge - however, if there are changes that need to be made to the way the stems are bounced (further separating out groups of instruments), that will be considered a billable expense.
Hourly
The price of your session(s) includes Connor Daniel as your producer, engineer, mixer and/or session musician, plus the use of any musical gear available at the studio.
A 50%, non-refundable, deposit is required to hold your booking.
Payment is due at the end of each session and before the final WAV mixes are released.
For hourly, billing starts at the time booked with a minimum session time of 2 hours.
For hourly, billing is done in ½ hour increments, and additional studio time exceeding the original session time schedule will be billed at the standard hourly rate.
You are responsible for any damage to studio property by you or your party.
The billing period matches that of scheduled session time - this means that if the session was booked for 12pm, and you do not arrive until 1pm, you will be charged for the time in which you were not present.
